Matüsan is a family company established in 1983 and initially worked as a marble quarry.
The company opened Vize Pink thin crystal marble quarry in Vize district of Kırklareli city in the Turkish Republic period which operated during the Roman, Byzantine and early Ottoman periods and Matüsan used diamond wire saw technology for the first time in Turkey.
Matüsan manufactured the best Medium Crystal White Marble Block of the world in Manyas Star White quarry and continues to produce blocks in these quarries with Sarıkaya & Metamar partnership.
Artistic Pebble Mosaic, Podima Mosaic efforts that started as a hobby in 1992 expanded over time and Matüsan became the most comprehensive exporter of this art to the world.
Matüsan completed numerous prestigious projects in Turkey as well as around the world and continues with these applications as the number one company.
Historically the largest mosaic application was around 1050m2. Matüsan was commisioned to make the mosaic flooring of Turkmenistan Ashgabat Palace. With 12,700 m2 Artistic Pebble Mosaic, Podima Application it became the largest mosaic application of history.
